Jancou dismissal upheld by First Department (UPDATED)

NEW YORK. Donn Zaretsky of The Art Law Blog has the scoop on how the First Department has affirmed the dismissal of dealer Marc Jancou's breach of contract claim against Sotheby's (though it isn't entirely clear from the blog post whether the reference is to this claim or Jancou's tortious interference claim against Cady Noland as both dismissals have been appealed).
